Bridging the gap of disparity in health care is the core focus of Jude’s Foundation work in Flint, Michigan, USA. where there is a high rate of admission among congestive heart failure patients. There are no specialty charity clinics that addresses health disparity with focus on congestive heart failure and we are building the first-of-its-kind specialty charity clinic, a Heart Failure Clinic, and an Obesity Management Program.
At The Jude’s Foundation, we are dedicated to providing crucial healthcare services and support to refugees in need. We understand the unique challenges faced by refugees, including limited access to healthcare, overcrowded living conditions, scarce resources, language and cultural barriers, and the lasting effects of trauma.
With these challenges in mind, we strive to bridge the gap and ensure that refugees receive the medical care they require.Through our programs and initiatives, we work tirelessly to overcome the limitations faced by refugees in accessing healthcare services. We focus on improving the availability of medical equipment, essential medicines, and specialized care tailored to the specific needs of refugee populations.
Together we help the governments, global health institutes and the community with the sustainable funding, long term planning and increasing in the resources to improve health care access and quality for refugees worldwide
